Artist croc charms

2/3 items are great however i was sent a wrong item and when i emailed about the issue i was told the charm I actually ordered was now out of stock so i cant have it, slightly disappointed as this was a birthday gift for my boyfriend and i don't like the croc charm i was sent in place of the one i actually wanted.
