Why can't I checkout?

One reason why you may be unable to checkout is because your order price may be under the minimum. Orders below £10 cannot be completed so update your basket to meet the minimum price to fix this issue.                                                   

Another reason may be because the owner is unable to ship items for a period of time so the website stops accepting orders, however this will be communicated to you as you enter the store if this is the case. 

Lastly we may not ship to your destination country at this current moment but you can email us to double check.

Can I order custom crocs that are not on the website?                                      

If you would still like to order custom crocs that are not available on the website at that moment in time, you can place an order by sending us a message on via Instagram or email us at Shopp.with.bella@gmail.com and we will get back to you. To get to our Instagram you can click the Instagram camera icon at the bottom right of the page.

Please be patient as these crocs can take longer to make depending on the customisation features you'd like, thank you for your co-operation.

 Why can't I find a charm I see on a custom croc?

Some of our charms on our custom crocs are not available to be bought separately if you would like to view our custom crocs select the customised croc links at the top of our page or visit our Instagram.
