Charm orders - Each charm is sold separately unless stated as a set. Some croc charms are exclusive to customised crocs and can be found on our instagram page.

Phone & AirPod cases - Our phone cases do not include camera protectors or pop sockets, these items are sold separately. Please make sure to purchase the correct phone and AirPod size as we are not responsible for incorrect size purchases.

PACKAGES

We are not responsible for incorrect address input on your orders as well as lost packages. Please beware that once we drop your package off, we are no longer in control of your package when in transit. If your package is presented as delivered but is not there, contact our shipping carrier to resolve the issue, thank you.
